How long does it take to process my order?
Every piece is made to order — no dusty warehouse tees here. Please allow 3–7 business days for processing before shipping. During big drops, give us the full 7. We promise it’s worth the wait.

How long does shipping take?
Once it leaves us, most U.S. orders arrive in 3–5 business days. We ship fast. We don’t teleport. Yet.

Will I get tracking?
Absolutely. You’ll get an email with tracking as soon as your order ships. If you don’t see it, check spam before assuming we vanished into the void.

Do you ship internationally?
Right now, we ship within the U.S. only. Global domination is on the vision board.

What is a Virtual Drop Party?
It’s the main event. We release exclusive designs during limited-time online drops. Think curated chaos. Think “add to cart immediately.”

How long do Virtual Drop orders take?
Virtual Drop items have a 10 business day turnaround time before shipping, after the close of the launch. These are made in batches just for the drop — no shortcuts, no leftovers.

Will these designs restock?
Most drop designs are limited and may not return. If you hesitate, she might disappear. Just saying.

Can I combine Drop items with regular items?
Yes — but your entire order will ship together once the Drop pieces are ready. Patience looks good on you.

Can I return or exchange my order?
Because everything is made to order, we don’t accept returns for sizing or preference changes. Check the size chart. Measure twice. Slay once.

What if something arrives damaged or incorrect?
Email us within 5 days of delivery with photos and we’ll fix it. We don’t play about quality.
